- Execute immediate safety actions and follow escalation procedures
- Identify and perform unplanned repairs based on equipment needs
- Obtain customer approval for repairs not covered by contracts
- Execute maintenance visits and callouts according to schedule
- Plan your daily workload with the service supervisor
- Identify and report potential sales leads
- Submit accurate timesheets based on completed work
- Manage proximity stock and request necessary spare parts
- Maintain service tools, instruments, and the company van
- Provide feedback to improve products and safety methods
- Attend technical training to stay current with lift technology
- Coach or train colleagues as requested by your supervisor
