- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Communicate proactively and precisely on-site.
- Provide callout ETA and job performed updates.
- Report work performed accurately and in real-time.
- Ensure accuracy of e-Optimum and customer notifications.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contacts, and end-users.
- Act as an ambassador on-site.
- Ensure equipment safety and performance.
- Manage the site environment during service operations.
- Identify site risks.
- Communicate site risks to your supervisor.
- Take immediate action for identified high risks.
- Apply the escalation procedure.
- Identify unplanned service repairs.
- Contact on-site personnel for approval.
- Perform approved unplanned repairs.
- Ensure end-user and site safety.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow safe working practices.
- Perform operations per maintenance instructions.
- Adhere to safety instructions.
- Execute planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs.
- Respect schedules and time limits for callouts.
- Adhere to quality standards and processes.
- Manage time allocation effectively.
- Plan your workload effectively with your supervisor.
- Raise sales leads to your supervisor.
- Report completed work precisely and timely.
- Follow established reporting processes.
- Submit timesheets based on work execution.
- Manage proximity stock (shelving, inventory, transfers).
- Identify spare part needs.
- Request spare parts from your supervisor.
- Keep service tooling, van, and instruments safe.
- Maintain service tooling, van, and instruments.
- Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements.
- Provide feedback to the PCM organization and your supervisor.
- Provide regular updates to your supervisor.
- Become familiar with lift and associated technology.
- Attend proposed training sessions.
- Provide training or coaching to nominated persons.
