In this role, you will focus on disassembling and assembling aircraft engines, ensuring quality and compliance while continuously improving processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working independently and responsibly, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental care.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
• •Independent, accurate and responsible work ethic
• •Good teamwork and communication skills
• •Good health condition, able to work under pressure, flexible
• •Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• •Good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English skills (level A2)
• •Willingness to work in 2-shift operations

Aufgaben

• •Disassemble and assemble aircraft engines, modules, or rotors (Pratt & Whitney 4000)
• •Complete all assigned tasks technically and administratively in accordance with regulations
• •Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards
• •Implement continuous improvements to enhance quality and safety
• •Handle resources with environmental consciousness
• •Think and act independently and economically
