- Degree or comparable qualification in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in material planning, production planning, MRP, and forecasting in industrial/technology environment
- Strong analytical capability and confident use of ERP and MRP systems
- Experience in cross-functional and international teams
- Structured, solution-oriented manner with high ownership and accountability
- Very good English communication, written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Support collaboration, diversity, and inclusive working environment
Aufgaben
- Ensure end-to-end material and production planning
- Align demand, supply, and manufacturing execution
- Support on-time product builds
- Analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data
- Define material demand
- Execute MRP runs
- Create forecasts and demand signals for suppliers
- Control material availability for reliable production
- Create and release production orders
- Consider all products, material availability, capacity, and demand sources
- Drive material flow from forecast to shipment
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and cross-functional teams
- Analyze internal and external supply and demand situations
- Prepare relevant reports and data-based analyses
