  • Shape global development and access strategy for first-in-class obesity triple agonist
  • Lead global Market Access strategy integrated with asset and brand strategy
  • Drive early market shaping and access preparation for successful launch and patient access
  • Influence clinical development to meet payer, HTA, and health-system requirements
  • Define and deliver a differentiated payer value proposition with clinical, real-world, and economic evidence
  • Represent Market Access on the Asset Leadership Team for governance and strategic decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally and with regional teams to address access barriers
  • Govern evidence generation for pricing, HTA, and reimbursement decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing global Market Access team with scalable capabilities
