- Solid understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV) is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Configuring, testing, documenting, and delivering MES solutions
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Strong task prioritization skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Technical documentation skills
- English language mandatory
- German language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Design, configure, test, validate, and maintain MES workflows
- Ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing execution
- Integrate MES workflows with ERP systems and manufacturing equipment
- Support end-to-end digital production processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop SOPs, user manuals, and validation test cases
- Ensure cGMP and data integrity compliance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, IT, and external partners
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into MES solutions
- Provide user training and on-site technical support
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders
- Report to the MES System Owner
