  • •Higher technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • •Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
  • •Solid experience in product transfer to series production
  • •Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • •Strong technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • •High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality

  • •Provide technological support and consulting to development and design departments
  • •Act as the primary contact for all manufacturing technology topics
  • •Oversee the technical transfer of new products into low-volume, high-mix production
  • •Introduce innovative manufacturing technologies in collaboration with department heads
  • •Continuously improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • •Implement automation and digitalization in manufacturing processes
  • •Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes and work instructions
  • •Support the production team with technological and process-related issues
