- Studies in Business Administration (HR or Management focus), Psychology, Social Sciences, or Organizational Development
- Highly organized
- Love creating clear text structures
- Genuine passion for team culture, internal communication, and modern workplace operations
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree program
- Internship must be a compulsory part of university degree regulations (Pflichtpraktikum)
- Availability for at least 4 months (ideally 6 months)
