- Proven ability to lead workstreams or end-to-end projects in complex client environments
- Strong understanding of data, process, and systems integration topics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing proposals, managing teams, contributing to practice growth
- University degree in business, technology, engineering, sustainability or related field
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in Italian, German or French is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, carbon, non-financial reporting, supplier engagement or sustainability data management
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud-based data platforms, workflow automation
- Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with ERP, data platforms or third-party sustainability tools
- Strong network within Microsoft ecosystem or experience collaborating with alliance teams
- Relevant certifications, preferably from Microsoft

- Lead client engagements for sustainability technology solutions
- Advise on ESG data, reporting, and performance management
- Drive projects using Microsoft solutions and adjacent technologies
- Design AI-enabled solutions with Copilot and Azure OpenAI
- Shape AI architecture for enterprise use cases
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into solution designs
- Lead workshops to define requirements and prioritize use cases
- Oversee solution configuration, testing, and deployment
- Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues
- Ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to business development and client pitches
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
