- Monitor market dynamics and customer developments
- Funnel relevant information to Product Business Directors
- Develop and deploy customer and pricing strategies
- Articulate market share, competitive position, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and implement customer interface strategies
- Create and track new business opportunity plans
- Ensure total customer satisfaction and global coordination
- Monitor performance on key supplier metrics
- Pursue corrective action plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with contract review procedures
- Manage and participate in special projects and customer events
- Provide global coordination on customer issues
- Develop sales forecasts for LRP and monthly adjustments
- Monitor market trends throughout the year
