- Troubleshoot SAP and CRM issues
- Ensure accurate data management in SAP and CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales processes
- Participate in system enhancement projects
- Provide first-line helpdesk support for CRM users
- Manage communication channels for sales operations
- Monitor sales allocations
- Verify sales allocations
- Monitor contract implementation
- Verify contract implementation
- Initiate corrective actions for sales and contracts
- Participate in commercial calls with customers
- Participate in customer meetings
- Support the sales team on commercial topics
