In this leadership role, you will manage a Verification & Validation team, guiding the team to meet quality and regulatory targets while enhancing professional skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning test campaigns, collaborating on process improvements, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Anforderungen

• •Technical or scientific education with further education in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, QSR requirements, and IVD-D / IVD-R
• •Product development and HW/SW verification experience in a regulated environment
• •Leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
• •Good understanding of project needs and priorities
• •Excellent knowledge of V&V methodologies and tools
• •Experience with risk and quality management
• •Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• •ISTQB foundation level and lab automation knowledge

Aufgaben

• •Lead and guide the Verification & Validation (V&V) group
• •Manage and mentor group members to enhance their skills
• •Ensure efficient operation of the team, budget, and equipment
• •Plan and track V&V test campaigns
• •Coordinate test activities
• •Collaborate on the development and improvement of V&V processes, SOPs, and templates
• •Participate in project milestone and product release reviews
• •Support communication and knowledge sharing across departments
• •Contribute to the V&V budget process and special projects
