- Define vision for next-generation integrated OR solutions
- Develop and lead Product Management & Marketing team
- Align product vision with General Management
- Translate strategy into actionable global product roadmap
- Motivate and foster high-performance team environment
- Understand customer workflows to identify unmet needs
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
- Provide structured customer input and marketing specs to R&D
- Align customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals
- Define and maintain article structure and pricing strategy
- Monitor product performance and create quarterly reports
