- Drive complex transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Scope, plan, and align stakeholders for change management
- Establish rigorous tracking of initiatives and KPIs
- Monitor progress and ensure sustainable outcomes
- Prepare regular global performance reports
- Derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
