In this role, you will conduct internal audits across various locations, guide junior team members, and ensure thorough documentation. Your insights will drive improvements as you collaborate with management to implement corrective actions.

Anforderungen

• •Formal education in accounting/finance with a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA qualified preference) either attained or in progress
• •5+ years of previous experience as an auditor of diverse international businesses
• •Perfect command of both written and spoken English with strong expertise in concise and effective written communication skills
• •Other language skills would be beneficial (Spanish, French)
• •Experience of working effectively with team members and JV audit teams in a collaborative manner
• •Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with all levels of management
• •High level of integrity and dependability
• •Preparedness to and capability to travel extensively and work in remote locations
• •Details oriented with strong analytical skills, advanced use of Excel

Aufgaben

• •Lead internal audit assignments on-site at various TiL locations
• •Manage and mentor junior team members during audits
• •Complete detailed working papers in SharePoint for IA management review
• •Prepare Audit Planning Memorandum before each assignment
• •Produce concise audit reports highlighting key issues and recommendations
• •Facilitate discussions with management on corrective actions
• •Monitor timely achievement of audit actions
