- Develop and maintain content within Veeva
- Analyze inquiry trends for global stakeholders
- Escalate complex inquiries with Global Medical Affairs
- Advise on Pharmacovigilance and Data Privacy compliance
- Optimize digital solutions like Veeva MedInquiry
- Maintain data governance and operational standards
- Train internal teams and external partners
- Ensure inspection readiness and SOP adherence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory and Legal teams
