- Experience with IFRS transitions (advantageous)
- Structured mindset and sense of responsibility
- Understanding of complex group structures
- Fluent English and German skills (beneficial)
- Tax advisor or auditor certification (plus)
Aufgaben
- Introduce IFRS at group and subsidiary levels
- Select and implement new consolidation software
- Onboard new subsidiaries into group consolidation
- Collaborate with the holding finance team and advisors
- Align reporting with the listed parent company
- Standardize and integrate reporting structures
- Execute IFRS conversions and post-merger accounting
- Support M&A processes through accounting and consolidation
