Anforderungen
- •2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- •Solid understanding of HGB accounting principles
- •Confidence in financial modeling and decision-making
- •Hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- •Collaborative mindset for data accuracy and management

Aufgaben
- •Prepare the monthly reporting package including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPIs
- •Support the month-end close process by ensuring correct accruals and cost center allocations
- •Improve and prepare presentations for board meetings, investors, or banks
- •Evolve the reporting landscape by automating dashboards and using BI tools like Tableau
- •Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to translate complex data into actionable insights
- •Support the creation of budgets and rolling forecasts with accurate historical data and run-rate analyses
