- Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or market/financial modelling
- Exposure to decarbonisation, sustainability, CCS, CO₂ markets, or industrial value chains
- Executive-ready communication skills

Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain global pricing architecture for evoZero cement, concrete, and EACs
- Implement pricing governance, including price corridors and discount rules
- Translate DNV, EPD, EAC, and mass-balance rules into commercially usable pricing guidance
- Build value justification for evoZero’s premium with proof points
- Create concise sales enablement materials, including value narratives and pricing playbooks
- Support country teams with consistent messaging and structured commercial tools
- Track CO₂ abatement markets and competitor intelligence
- Maintain price intelligence dashboards for executive decision-making
- Build business case models, including a Carbon ROI Calculator
- Provide analytical support for high-stakes negotiations
- Structure commercial options and long-term pricing for pilots and offtake agreements
- Prepare executive-ready materials and ensure cross-departmental alignment
- Act as a structured problem-solving partner to the VP
- Improve team productivity by organizing priorities and coaching junior talent
- Strengthen global-local collaboration through frameworks and communication
