- Execute asset-level investment strategies
- Monitor individual and portfolio performance
- Evaluate real estate operations
- Identify strategies to drive NOI
- Partner with operations on leasing performance
- Manage revenue and expense metrics
- Compile annual operational and capital budgets
- Present business plans to senior management
- Recommend strategies during market review discussions
- Support major capitalization and acquisition initiatives
- Develop a network of industry resources
- Lead and manage team member performance
- Interview, hire, and onboard direct reports
- Complete financial and accounting reports
