In this role, you will lead the technical execution of the packaging strategy to drive sales growth while managing business development projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve effective communication with stakeholders, training others, and addressing critical situations, all while traveling to consult with customers.

Anforderungen

  • •Master's degree in Science (Chemistry or Engineering)
  • •Minimum 7 years of working experience in plastic film extrusion business, preferably in recycling industry
  • •Strong technical expertise in packaging/recycling industry and high technical knowledge in extrusion/production of films and application of lamination adhesives
  • •Experience in Office 365 and customer relationship management tools
  • •Strong communication skills, self-organization, motivation, and teamwork
  • •Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • •Fluent English language skills, preferably also German

  • •Handle critical situations like claims and new product introductions
  • •Travel to customers for product selection and process design consultations
  • •Support adhesives and coating qualifications at various sites
  • •Act as a technical reference in discussions and foster strong exchanges
