Anforderungen
- Completed apprenticeship and journeyman certificate in Electro-Mechanics or Electro-technics or equivalent
- Higher technical school (HTL) in Electro-technics or electro-mechanics or related subjects (asset)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as technician in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or related field (with apprenticeship/certificate)
- At least 1 year of professional experience as technician in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or related field (with university degree)
- Ability to use e-mail, internet, spreadsheets, word processing
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable)
- Good physical condition
- Work involves considerable physical exertion
- Work at irregular hours and within short notice
- Working knowledge of English
- Working knowledge of German
Aufgaben
- Assist with electrical equipment maintenance and repair
- Replace and connect lamps, sockets, fuses, distribution boxes, and cabling
- Support electrical works during moves and construction
- Assemble, test, and maintain electromechanical machines and components
- Install and test automatic doors, barriers, rolling shutters, and waste drop chutes
- Support project management in electrical projects
- Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure site safety
- Test and verify compliance with norms and technical requirements
- Install, test, and adjust electrical components and systems
- Find and repair standard faults in electrical systems
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Wear protective clothing as required
- Store tools safely and properly
- Stay updated on the latest technology and standards
- Discuss new products and techniques with team members
- Record work information in the Facility Management Electronic Work Order Platform
- Follow security, environmental, and quality standards
- Work in shifts until 19:00
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues
- Backstop other team members as required
