- Maintain clear and accurate maintenance records
- Register monthly utility consumption
- Support and promote energy-efficient habits
- Update safety and fire protection tasks
- Ensure compliance with Regional Property Manager guidance
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain guest rooms and rooftop spaces
- Develop smart, future-proof maintenance habits
