Aufgaben
- Develop expertise in CMP production equipment
- Configure and install new equipment
- Repair and maintain machinery
- Perform modifications and systematic equipment monitoring
- Commission and requalify equipment with process engineers
- Resolve technical issues independently during on-call shifts
- Lead improvement projects to optimize existing systems
- Liaise with manufacturers and external service technicians
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and facility teams
- Improve maintenance plans and procedures
- Document results and prepare work instructions
- Create training materials and conduct sessions
- Manage spare parts inventory
