- Translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English (C1 level)
- Experience with React (bonus)
- Experience with React Native (bonus)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms like Kameleoon (bonus)
- 5-7 years of experience

Aufgaben
- Lead frontend topics and technical direction
- Take full ownership of user-facing architecture
- Align frontend initiatives with business goals
- Bridge departments to negotiate requirements
- Propose frontend solutions
- Make critical architectural decisions
- Ensure a fast, optimized, seamless eCommerce experience
- Take ownership of the frontend codebase in Magento
- Utilize the Hyvä theme extensively
- Manage complex logic and state management
- Implement pixel-perfect UI
- Establish strong internal frontend engineering culture
- Lead frontend initiatives
- Guide frontend technical discussions
- Ensure frontend architecture health
- Act as a technical stakeholder
- Negotiate with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
- Use Magento, Hyvä, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Alpine.js, and Vue.js
- Champion frontend performance
- Optimize page load speeds
- Optimize Magento frontend performance
- Optimize Lighthouse scores
- Handle technical execution of A/B tests
- Implement performant, seamless test variations
- Collaborate with designers on UX/UI improvements
- Set and enforce coding standards
- Conduct code reviews
- Advocate for modern JavaScript best practices
- Drive evolution of frontend components
- Develop and improve the Hyvä theme
- Enhance the checkout experience
