- Solid understanding of various materials and cutting tools

- Flexible working hours, ability to perform under pressure, team-oriented, independent working style
Aufgaben
- Program and set up CNC machines
- Operate CNC lathe and turning machines
- Use CAD/CAM software for high-precision manufacturing
- Program with OPEN MIND hyperMILL
- Machinist motorsport components using CNC and conventional methods
- Perform turning, milling, drilling, and surface grinding
- Manage tool preparation, selection, and optimization
- Ensure maximum machining performance
- Mark parts with laser engraving for identification
- Maintain part tolerances
- Service machines regularly for optimal performance
- Operate equipment safely according to specifications
- Meet tight deadlines for race car preparation
- Communicate with manufacturing and engineering teams
- Develop functional, high-quality components under pressure
