Aufgaben

• •Serve as the global service representative for Women’s Health Ultrasound
• •Develop service strategies to drive growth and profitability
• •Lead lifecycle commercial strategy and tactical activities
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
• •Represent the sub-segment within the global service staff
• •Partner with product managers to ensure cohesive service strategies
• •Develop value propositions for service and design features
• •Drive service design inputs and ensure product launch readiness
• •Monitor regional service delivery and commercial performance
• •Enable best practice sharing across different regions
• •Ensure compliant and safe service delivery with regional teams
• •Manage service revenue targets and contract capture rates
• •Oversee installation, warranty, and contract cost-to-serve targets
• •Design service solutions that meet customer needs
• •Act as the product line service owner on multi-functional teams
• •Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
