- In-depth knowledge of Cisco (Webex, TelePresence, UCCE)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams video solutions
- Familiarity with network protocols (SIP, H.323)
- Familiarity with SBCs
- Familiarity with cloud video interop
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Degree or diploma in IT
- Degree or diploma in Networking
- Degree or diploma in related field
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (PCVE) is a plus
- Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration or higher (preferred)
- Experience with Cisco environments
- Experience with Microsoft Teams environments
- Proven track record in large-scale deployments
- Proven track record in troubleshooting
Aufgaben
- Design Cisco and Microsoft Teams videoconferencing solutions
- Deploy and maintain videoconferencing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues with video endpoints and bridges
- Resolve integration problems
- Manage user provisioning and permissions
- Set and enforce video platform policies
- Monitor system performance and conduct health checks
- Optimize systems for reliability and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- Handle escalations and upgrades
- Roll out new features
- Train users on videoconferencing best practices
- Create documentation for best practices
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Protect data according to company policies
- Participate in incident response
- Conduct root cause analysis for service issues
