In this role, you will be the go-to legal expert, providing guidance on contracts, compliance, and disputes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve drafting legal documents, advising teams, and collaborating with external firms to ensure the legal interests of the company are protected.

Anforderungen

• •German qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in)
• •Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• •Extensive experience in handling legal matters in corporate or commercial environment
• •Strong intercultural competence and ability to work in international environment
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills; structured and proactive approach

Aufgaben

• •Act as the first point of contact for all legal matters
• •Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• •Advise on legal and contractual issues, including claims and disputes
• •Ensure compliance with laws, internal processes, and policies
• •Define and maintain transparency of Terms & Conditions
• •Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies
• •Collaborate with external law firms for legal support
• •Handle corporate law matters, including governance compliance
• •Design and deliver legal training for business teams
• •Drive continuous improvement of legal and commercial practices
