- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally

- Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract management legal issues
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts and optimize contract processes
- Monitor regulatory requirements in the IT sector
- Develop and implement compliance measures
- Train internal teams on relevant legal requirements
