- Provide legal advice on complex employment law matters
- Support strategic Group People & Culture initiatives
- Advise on regulatory frameworks, including Solvency II
- Implement international People & Culture policies and standards
- Advise on governance-related legal matters
- Oversee Group-wide People & Culture policies
- Monitor compliance with People & Culture policies
- Advise on legal requirements for sustainability
