- Law degree with 2-4 years PQE, including IT, Privacy, and general contracting law experience
- Admission to Local Bar with current license to practice law
- Contract negotiation skills (service, T&Cs, NDAs, commercial documents)
- Knowledge of global software legal issues (data privacy, Cloud, SaaS, AI, IP)
- Highly preferred HR/Employment law experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Private practice and in-house technology company experience
- PC proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
Aufgaben
- Support internal clients on legal matters
- Support external stakeholders on legal matters
- Provide legal advice and counsel
- Provide legal support to the organization
- Collaborate with US colleagues
- Review and negotiate IT/SaaS commercial contracts
- Review and negotiate service level agreements
- Conduct legal research
- Provide general legal advice as requested
- Develop legal templates
- Develop legal best practices
- Engage with legal counterparts of vendors
- Engage with legal counterparts of clients
- Ensure compliance with agreement terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Prepare contract paperwork
- Advise sales on contractual rights
- Advise sales on contractual obligations
- Mitigate contractual risks
- Mitigate channel partner program risks
- Compile and analyze data
- Maintain historical information
