- Comfort with risk-based decision making
- Independent work and effective collaboration
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben
- Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements
- Review client service agreements and MSAs
- Manage supplier contracts and licensing agreements
- Provide daily legal advice on commercial matters
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
- Deliver legal workshops and training for stakeholders
- Partner with teams to mitigate legal risks
- Monitor developments in German and Swiss law
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and technology regulations
- Collaborate with the legal team across regions
