Aufgaben
- Ensure application of Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management
- Contribute to preparing contract summaries
- Ensure wide communication of contract summaries
- Ensure regular updates to contract summaries
- Support Core Project Team with Contract Management Day
- Analyze contracts for management implementation
- Build and implement Contract/Claim Management
- Update Contract/Claim Management quarterly with project team
- Monitor work progress against contract obligations
- Monitor project schedules for contractual milestones
- Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices to customers and partners
- Contribute to establishing project-specific commercial procedures
- Contribute to implementing project-specific commercial procedures
- Ensure reliable filing of customer and partner correspondence
- Ensure easy access to customer and partner correspondence
