- Support livestreams, video recordings, events, and audio setups
- Troubleshoot first-level technical issues
- Operate Learning Management System (LMS) courses and content
- Update and maintain website content across countries, brands, and languages
- Set up CRM campaigns and create related assets
- Ensure data accuracy and coordinate connected tools and platforms
- Collect, consolidate, and report project analytics
- Maintain technical systems and equipment
- Support large-scale Zumtobel Group events outside headquarters
- Coordinate information from international stakeholders
- Ensure alignment, clarity, and accuracy in communications
- Manage updates across multiple platforms (Websites, CMS, LMS, Salesforce)
- Maintain clean and reliable event and training listings
- Handle routine maintenance and urgent support requests
- Work with structured data and reporting
- Support live events and video recordings
- Switch efficiently between administrative, technical, and coordination tasks
- Adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
