You will lead the effort to minimize electromagnetic signatures and ensure RF interoperability. By managing complex system integration and EW resilience, you'll guarantee mission success in contested environments.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field
• •Experience in RF/EMC co-site interoperability on airborne platforms
• •Hands-on experience with multi-sensor RF integration
• •Ability to run interference/desense/intermod analyses
• •Experience executing EMC/EMI and OTA test campaigns
• •Understanding of antenna placement and coupling trade-offs
• •Low-observability and signature-management mindset
• •Fluency in requirements, ICDs, and verification processes
• •Ability to lead cross-functional technical closure with suppliers

Aufgaben

• •Design emission control for airborne and ground systems
• •Manage RF interoperability across all airborne payloads
• •Execute EMC and EMI co-site assessments
• •Define frequency plans and EMCON profiles
• •Lead signature-aware EW design for sensors
• •Establish LPI and LPD operational concepts
• •Drive interface control between sensors and communications
• •Develop integration concepts for antenna placement
• •Conduct system-level trade studies
• •Create integration and verification test plans
• •Ensure system resilience under contested EW conditions
• •Coordinate RF designs with LO and structures teams
• •Assess and reduce unintentional system emissions
• •Define requirements for signature-aware operations
• •Perform requirements traceability to subsystem specifications
• •Lead cross-functional resolution of RF anomalies
• •Manage technical exchanges with suppliers and customers
