- Knowledge of DevOps/GitOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security
- Convincing leadership qualities and coaching mentality
- Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level)

- Define system architecture for software solutions
- Guide development teams on implementation
- Make key decisions on tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project direction
- Manage teams from kick-off to roll-out
- Inspire and mobilize project teams and customers
- Coach team members in Software Engineering and Architecture
- Apply agile principles to enhance project success
- Develop the Zühlke network of experts
- Work on initiatives for continuous software development improvement
