Anforderungen

  • 5+ years paid social or performance marketing
  • Deep hands-on TikTok Ads Manager fluency
  • High-spend D2C, subscription, or e-commerce business experience
  • Scaled TikTok account from low spend to meaningful contributor
  • Working knowledge of Pinterest Ads Manager or Snap Ads Manager
  • Credible track record of scaling new platforms quickly
  • Strong incrementality and experimentation skills
  • Ability to design, defend, and interpret CLS or geo tests
  • Sharp creative instinct for short-form video
  • Sharp creative instinct for platform-native content
  • Knowledge of TikTok hook differences from Reels hook
  • Ability to brief and review creative against platform nuances
  • Comfortable building from scratch
  • Experience with pixel setup
  • Experience with account architecture
  • Experience with partner relationships
  • Experience securing internal stakeholder buy-in

Aufgaben

  • Lead TikTok scale-up as a native-first growth engine
  • Own TikTok account architecture, bidding, and audience strategy
  • Define and implement TikTok creative cadence and partnerships
  • Collaborate with TikTok for joint steering, beta access, and managed services
  • Develop TikTok-first creative concepts, avoiding repurposed Reels
  • Run structured pilots for Pinterest and Snap, including technical setup and creative strategy
  • Conduct incrementality tests to decide channel scalability
  • Design and execute conversion lift and geo experiments
  • Build data foundation for emerging channels, analyzing overlap and cannibalization
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of future channels for potential pilots
  • Stay informed on emerging platforms like Reddit, ChatGPT/Copilot Ads, and retail media
  • Transition proven channels to broader team with documented playbooks
  • Ensure continuous accountability for new channel exploration and scaling
