- Collaborate with clients and teams to assess requirements
- Customize solutions for accounting and compliance needs
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks transparently
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
- Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide consultancy services to align client goals with project plans
- Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager
- Apply best practices in decision-making for task completion
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to inquiries
