As a Lead Implementation Associate, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring effective use of the platform while addressing unique needs. This role involves training, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate a smooth implementation experience.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in related field
• •Knowledge of investment accounting policies and reporting, or middle-back office operations
• •Knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income
• •Good skills in Excel
• •Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• •Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• •Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• •Fluency in German and English

• •Aid in onboarding new clients onto the platform
• •Collaborate with clients and teams to assess requirements
• •Customize solutions for accounting and compliance needs
• •Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients
• •Communicate project status, issues, and risks transparently
• •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
• •Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• •Provide consultancy services to align client goals with project plans
• •Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager
• •Apply best practices in decision-making for task completion
• •Deliver accurate and timely responses to inquiries
