Aufgaben
- Lead a team of 6 engineers in developing complex embedded software solutions
- Focus on SFOC projects for motor controls in power tools
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer for Embedded Software and other software teams
- Enhance platforming initiatives and drive innovation
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Estimate, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of software development tasks
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop complex systems
- Evaluate and implement secure coding practices
- Approve design reviews to ensure software quality
- Develop and execute product and technology strategies
- Promote advanced technologies and processes
- Contribute to the company's mission and goals
- Plan and allocate resources
- Develop and mentor personnel
- Proactively manage employee health and safety
