- Solid experience designing, implementing robust REST APIs
- Professional experience with PostgreSQL (performance, scalability), DevOps mindset, CI/CD pipelines
- Advantageous: AWS and/or Kubernetes experience
- Significant plus: Knowledge of Python or Generative AI frameworks (Langchain, RAG pipelines)
- Can-do attitude, focus on product understanding, continuous improvement, successful delivery
- Effective leadership, guiding mid/senior engineers, unblocking, mentoring
- Strong collaborative spirit, commitment to knowledge sharing, mutual growth
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership, independence, ability to establish structures/processes
