- 6+ years of practical experience building AI/ML products
- Experience writing production code and managing software delivery
- Experience translating complex problems into AI applications
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills
- Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in agile manner
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and LLMs in production
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (RLHF, DPO, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA)
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Pydantic AI) and Coding Assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cline)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML ops tooling
- Track record of productionizing research (model cards, monitoring, A/B testing)
- Publications at top venues (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGIR, KDD)
Aufgaben
- Innovate and drive solution delivery as a technical leader
- Ensure accountability for all research deliverables
- Provide input on long-term AI strategy to business and Labs leadership
- Lead stakeholder engagement with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer problems and data
- Maintain expertise in relevant scientific and technical areas
- Identify and leverage state-of-the-art technology for TR products
- Mentor and coach scientists and engineers on best practices
