  • •Vocational training as Chemical Laboratory Technician, CTA, Chemical Production Technician, or comparable qualification
  • •Several years of professional experience in laboratory or production environment
  • •Enjoyment of hands-on laboratory work and ownership of processes
  • •Interest in developing innovative adhesive systems and technical concepts
  • •Independent, responsible work style and collaborative teamwork
  • •Strong team spirit, communication skills, and structured working style
  • •Proficient German skills and intermediate English skills

  • •Maintain a safe, 5S+S compliant laboratory
  • •Develop and optimize adhesive tape technologies
  • •Improve material formulations and product enhancements
  • •Plan and conduct production trials
  • •Evaluate laboratory and pilot-plant trials
  • •Analyze adhesive performance and material properties
  • •Test polymer characteristics using mechanical methods
  • •Generate high-quality, reproducible data
  • •Standardize and improve laboratory test methods
  • •Support R&D digitalization using LIMS and AI
  • •Manage sub-projects and defined work packages
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
  • •Document experiments and prepare technical reports
  • •Present results in project meetings and forums
