Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific/technical discipline or equivalent practical lab experience
  • Up to 2 years of laboratory experience
  • Awareness of lab safety, scientific principles, and documentation
  • Familiarity with common lab equipment and techniques
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality
  • Ability to learn new lab methods quickly and work under supervision
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Motivation to contribute to continuous improvement and lab excellence

Aufgaben

  • Support daily laboratory operations and technical activities
  • Perform routine and complex laboratory tasks
  • Generate high-quality data
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and regulations
  • Apply scientific knowledge and practical skills
  • Contribute to experimental execution and equipment operation
  • Document data and activities in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) systems
  • Maintain data integrity and documentation standards
  • Troubleshoot laboratory methods and equipment under guidance
  • Conduct preliminary data checks and report observations
  • Participate in deviations, investigations, and change control
  • Collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) and cross-functional partners
  • Support development, technology transfer, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment
  • Adhere to EHS policies and training requirements
  • Identify and implement workflow and documentation improvements
