- Track and document project progress
- Follow up on open project topics
- Support customer tender processes (RFIs/RFQs)
- Process customer project requests and requirements
- Collaborate with internal experts for timely responses
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes
- Provide reliable service to customers
- Serve as daily point of contact for project issues
- Implement customer-specific services and processes
- Align customer requirements with internal capabilities
- Coordinate technical topics
