- •Medical or scientific background and/or PharmareferentInnenprüfung
- •Collaborative mindset and team spirit
- •Strong knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system and oncology landscape
- •Experience in Key Account Management and/or sales in specialty care or oncology
- •Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding results and build lasting customer relationships
- •High resilience, self-motivation, and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Develop and execute tailored account strategies
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
- •Provide insights based on account analysis and market trends

- •Build relationships with Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, and Urology teams
- •Organize impactful events and educational programs
- •Map and segment key stakeholders in the CRM system
- •Champion Novartis’ values and foster collaboration
