Anforderungen
- Life science degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years qualified work experience as commercial representative
- Expert knowledge in pricing differentiation and distribution in hospital markets
- Specific knowledge and network in (immuno)oncology
- Knowledge of drug distribution structures and channels
- Strong identification with company values and mission
- High social competence and teamwork capacity
- Highly motivated, solution oriented, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
- Demonstrated success in entrepreneurial commercial environment
- Demonstrated marketing, project management, digital competencies
- Success and service-oriented thinking and working
- English – intermediate level
- German – fluent or native speaker
- Willingness to travel (min. 60% customer facing activities)
- Valid driver's license
Aufgaben
- Maximize BeOne product sales in the territory
- Implement marketing strategy in the area
- Achieve defined sales targets within budget
- Support key account customers with advice and guidance
- Build BeOne brand and awareness in the immune-oncology market
- Provide scientific and distribution expertise to hospital pharmacists and medical immune-oncologists
- Develop and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care
- Collaborate with key customers on project management
- Identify and execute projects with Market Access and Customer Engagement
- Organize and execute local symposia and workshops
- Participate in local, national, and international meetings
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations
- Adhere to BeOne’s Standards of Conduct and local laws
