Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in marketplace, Retail Media, digital advertising, or B2B sales
- Proven track record in strategic account management, influencing advertising investment, and growing partnerships
- Strong pitching, storytelling, and presentation skills with commercial acumen
- Good understanding of marketplace growth, Retail Media monetization, and sponsored advertising products
- Analytical, structured, results-oriented, data-driven recommendations, ownership of outcomes
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Drive revenue growth for German marketplace advertising
- Manage pipeline quality, conversion, and upsell performance
- Develop and manage strategic seller accounts
- Identify and address pipeline risks and opportunities
- Create tailored campaign concepts and advertising proposals
- Pitch Retail Media solutions from Sponsored Products to full-funnel placements
- Articulate ROI and business impact to seller-side stakeholders
- Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Tech, and Customer Success
- Share seller feedback and market insights to enhance adoption
