Key Account Manager Braking(m/w/x)
Managing and developing business with premium car manufacturers for braking systems. 5-7 years of automotive sales experience required. Direct customer negotiations and account strategy development.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, ideally in the automotive sector
- Solid knowledge of OEM automotive customer structures and processes
- Strong negotiation, communication, financial, and relationship management skills
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- German is a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop business with premium car manufacturers
- Act as primary contact for premium segment manufacturers
- Lead customer negotiations on pricing and contracts
- Develop and implement account strategies
- Expand business opportunities and reinforce partnerships
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
- Identify risks and opportunities in the market
- Coordinate with internal functions to meet customer needs
- Prepare and deliver account reviews and forecasts
- Promote initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Strengthen Tenneco’s strategic partner positioning
