- Maintain existing relationships
- Develop new relationships
- Underwrite profitable business to meet performance targets
- Structure customized solutions per underwriting guidelines
- Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms with brokers
- Ensure contract certainty at inception
- Utilize global pricing tools for consistency
- Manage capacity to support business growth
- Mitigate risks
- Ensure underwriting compliance with governance frameworks
- Build strong relationships with brokers and clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
